Happy Holidays to all of you! I've been having trouble juggling it all lately, apologies for the lack of updates. I didn't take a computer with me for Thanksgiving, and I stayed off of Facebook for Five Days straight and it was the best!!!

I got Jason Brubaker's Sithrah book Two in the mail and it was a fantastic read, and a gorgeous feast for my eyes. I pitched in for the Kickstarter, and I wanted some original art, so I spent a little extra to get it. That artwork arrived in the mail over the Thanksgiving weekend. I love looking at other artist's original art, and I'm so excited to hang this piece in my home.

The Roots of Knowledge Stain Glass Wall opened at Utah Valley University. I had the pleasure of documenting some of the behind the scenes as a representative of the University Archives. I've been going to Holdman Studio every week or two for the past 8 months. It's been amazing to watch the artists involved create this wonder. I had already seen most of the panels in their completed form before the opening, but seeing it all as one giant piece is another experience all together. You should come and experience it if you have the chance.

I'm co-hosting a podcast now. It's called Please Leave A Message, I co-host it with Jess Smart Smiley, and we've published 2 episodes so far. There have been some growing pains as we figure out this new medium, and new episodes should be coming out soon.

  • Remember when you told me not to do so many things all at once?
  • That it would catch up with me, and things would spiral out of control?
